System Overview

The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) asset management system is an intelligent asset management solution based on Internet of Things technology. By using RFID tags to uniquely identify assets, combined with reading and writing devices, mobile terminals and the back-end management system, it realizes the full life-cycle automated management of assets from storage, requisition, inventory, transfer to scrapping, completely solving the problems of low efficiency, large errors and difficult traceability in traditional manual management.

Non-contact identification:No need for close-range scanning. Batch recognition. Inventory efficiency increased by more than 10 times.
Real-time data synchronization:The asset status is updated in real time, and managers can view the asset dynamics at any time.
Full-process traceability:Record all operation records of assets, ensuring traceability of responsibility and reducing the risk of asset loss.
Automated alarm:If assets remain unpaid for an extended period or exhibit abnormal movements, automatic alerts will be triggered to prevent losses in a timely manner.

Core function

Asset Inventory Management

Attach RFID tags to the assets, enter information such as asset name, model, purchase date, using department, and responsible person, generate a unique asset code, and support batch import and barcode scanning input.

Intelligent Inventory Management

Use handheld RFID reading devices to scan asset tags in batches, automatically compare system data, generate inventory discrepancy reports, and support precise inventory checks by department, area, and asset type.

Asset Requisition and Return

Employees can apply for asset requisition or return through the mobile terminal. After being approved by the managers, the asset status will be automatically updated, and the duration of requisition and the user information will be recorded.

Asset Location Tracking

By integrating with positioning base stations, it enables real-time monitoring of asset locations, supports querying of asset movement trajectories, allows setting of electronic fences, and automatically alerts when assets exceed the boundaries.

Report Statistical Analysis

Automatically generate asset ledgers, inventory reports, depreciation reports, usage rate analyses, etc. Support custom report export, providing data support for asset management decisions.

Asset Disposal Management

The asset disposal process is fully automated and requires approval. It records the reasons for disposal and the disposal methods, updates the asset ledger, and ensures closed-loop management throughout the asset's entire lifecycle.
